Datang Jinan Changqing Wind Farm Measurement and Control Reconstruction Project

The project is located in Xiaoli Town and Shuangquan Town, Changqing District, Jinan City. The installed capacity of the project is 49,500 kilowatts, and 33 single-machine 1,500 kilowatt wind turbines have been installed. The box-type substation of this project is not equipped with the box-type substation measurement and control system. In summer, the box-type substation often has ultra-high temperature trip faults, which affects the wind farm's power generation. In July 2015, our company carried out the transformation of the box transformer replacement for the project, added the box transformer measurement and control device and the box transformer cooler group air-cooling control system, realized real-time monitoring and control of the fan booster box transformer, and solved the problem. In summer, the frequent problems of ultra-high temperature tripping failures of box substations have been highly praised by users.
