Transformation of Transformer Oil Conservator in Baotou Steel's 220kv Substation

At the beginning of the Baotou Steel project, a total of 4 transformers were required. In order to save costs, the existing 2 transformers were relocated and reconstructed. Our company not only provided the production of oil conservator for 2 newly built transformers, but also undertook the transformation of oil conservator for 2 relocated transformers. The migrated transformer originally used a capsule-type oil conservator, and the internal capsule had to be replaced every 3-5 years, which caused a great burden on manpower and material resources, and was prone to abnormalities such as cracks and leakage. After on-site inspections, our technicians formulated a complete set of transformation plans for the project, and successfully carried out the transformation, replacing the original oil pillows with metal corrugated oil storage tanks with more stable performance, reducing maintenance costs, and operating at the same time It is more stable and reliable, ensuring the normal operation of the migration transformer.
