System introduction

The video security monitoring system is an electronic system or network which uses video technology to not only detect and monitor the security area, but also display and record the on-site images in real time. The video security monitoring system is generally composed of four main parts, namely front end, transmission, control and display record. The front end comprises one or more cameras and supporting lens, cloud platforms, protective covers, decoding driver, etc.; the transmission part includes cable or optical cable, and wired/wireless signal modulation and demodulation equipment (option), etc. The control part mainly includes video switcher, cloud platform lens controller, operation keyboard, type control communication interface, power supply and supporting console, monitor cabinet, etc.; the display recording equipment mainly includes monitor, video recorder, multi-screen splitter, etc. The system is beneficial to the realization of remote monitoring and management for the whole station area of wind power station and PV power station by the booster station, which meets the operation and management needs of "unattended operation and only a few persons on duty".

Basic functions of system

The image monitoring system can be operated easily and reliably, with a frame architecture, and standardized and modular hardware and software which are easy for expansion, networking and maintenance. Besides, the software can be promoted, expanded and upgraded. 

The image monitoring system has following basic functions at least but not limited to: 

● Real-time image monitoring function     ● Video function       ● Alarm and linkage function ● Control function       ● Scheme management function       ● System maintenance function        ● Communication function

Configuration requirements 

The image monitoring system adopts full digital mode, including monitoring center equipment, monitoring front-end equipment, network transmission equipment, video, power cable, etc. Among them, the central equipment such as network and storage video recorder is configured according to the long-term scale of the whole station, and reserved with port to remote monitoring. The mature and stable equipment with good operation and reliable technology is selected for the system to ensure the stable operation of system; the system is expandable and easy to operate and maintain, with complete function; the system is relatively open, with strong compatibility, which can be connected with other network within the station. 

Boundary security system

The system is mainly composed of three major parts, namely electronic fence host, front-end accessories and back-end control system. Generally, the electronic fence host is installed outside and along the original walls (e.g., brick wall, concrete wall, or iron fence). Usually, the pulse electronic fence host is also installed outside, which transmits the alarm signal to the control keyboard of back-end control center through the signal transmission device to display the working state of the monitoring area, and carry out operations for the external pulse host remotely, such as control of deployment and withdrawal. 

Access control system 

The system for controlling the entrance and exit channels is developed based on the traditional door lock. Common access control systems include: Password identification access control system, card identification access control system, biological identification access control system, etc.

The system has the following functions:

● Easy to input, record, query, edit, etc.

● The system with real-time monitoring function can understand the access records of every door in real time on the upper computer, and inquire the past access records according to different conditions.

● Permission setting: Complete operator permission setting, door opening logic setting, etc.

● LCD screen display with Chinese characters, which is easy to use.

● Multiple customer authentication requires  card or password.

● Management personnel without computer foundation can also master and operate due to friendly interface and simple operation.

● Communication function: Realize the connection with the computer through RS232 or 485, support TCP or IP LAN simultaneously, achieve local area network and the network of each branch, and support functions of data collection, query, statistics, printing, etc.

● Support Access and SQL database, with safe and reliable data storage. 

Environment monitoring system 

The environmental monitoring system is used for regular detection of ambient temperature and humidity for the equipment operating in the station, as well as automatic monitoring and alarm of ponding in the generator room. Meanwhile, it can realize the remote control and intelligent linkage with the air conditioning, fan, water pump, etc. in the station through the intelligent control subsystem, in order to meet the environmental requirements of equipment, ensure the normal operation of equipment, and reduce energy consumption significantly. 

The power and environmental monitoring systems include: Front-end acquisition equipment, power and environment acquisition host, power and environment acquisition and monitoring client terminal, etc. 

The front-end acquisition equipment of power and environment monitoring system is mainly composed of equipment, such as smoke detector, temperature and humidity data collector (wire and wireless), voltage and current data collector, water sensor and frequency sensor.
