HFJN-BPW outer oil conservator

HFJN-BP series oil conservators are suitable for all kinds of oil-immersed power transformers and electric reactors and other oil-immersed power equipment, suitable for a voltage grade of 35KV-1,000KV. The working principle of the product is to compensate the volume of the insulating oil at different temperatures through the expansion and contraction of the internal super flexible stainless steel core. The metal corrugated oil conservator produced by our company is characterized by good sealing performance, no condensation, maintenance-free, no aging, damage resistance, large amount of compensation, high sensitivity, stable and reliable action, long working life, etc. The video monitoring system and oil chromatographic analysis system can be installed in accordance with user requirements. 

● With an expansion and contraction life of no less than 10,000 times, the core does not need to be replaced after 30 years of operation.

● The shell of the outer oil conservator is manufactured according to the pressure vessel manufacturing standard, and all welding parts have the third party's flaw detection report. The core is made of imported super flexible SUS304 stainless steel plate and formed by primary swelling pressure.

● The oil conservator is equipped with high and low oil level alarm function and 4-20mA remote transmission function.

● Through innovative technology and unique design, the technical problems of the clamping stagnation of the inner/outer oil core and the deformation of the inner oil core in the industry have been solved. 

With the continuous progress of technical requirements and design concepts, at present, the metal corrugated oil conservator has been derived three forms, respectively, the outer oil conservator, inner oil conservator, the outer oil vertical conservator. After technological breakthrough and practical demonstration, our company has possessed the design and production ability of three products. 

●The product adopts non-condensation design and core which is not easy to be rusted.

●The core is designed with a unique guidance to effectively prevent clamping stagnation.

●The oil level alarm point is of the holding type, which will be reminded continuously when there is a fault until the operator solves the problem to prevent the occurrence of major accidents.

●The oil conservator adopts external wiring and loose flange to facilitate on-site installation.

●The oil conservator can withstand 50Kpa pressure test.
