At the beginning of the Baotou Steel project, a total of 4 transformers were required. In order to save costs, the existing 2 transformers were relocated and reconstructed. Our company not only provided the production of oil conservator for 2 newly built transformers, but also undertook the transformation of oil conservator for 2 relocated transformers. The migrated transformer originally used a capsule-type oil conservator, and the internal capsule had to be replaced every 3-5 years, which caused a great burden on manpower and material resources, and was prone to abnormalities such as cracks and leakage. After on-site inspections, our technicians formulated a complete set of transformation plans for the project, and successfully carried out the transformation, replacing the original oil pillows with metal corrugated oil storage tanks with more stable performance, reducing maintenance costs, and operating at the same time It is more stable and reliable, ensuring the normal operation of the migration transformer.

The project has deployed 33 1.5MW wind turbines with an installed capacity of 50MW. The project was completed in 2008. During construction, there was no measurement and control signal for the box change, which caused the box change to be an information blind zone. There was a problem of box change burnout on the project, but the reason could not be found, which brought the maintenance personnel on site. Great trouble. In August 2010, our company made a retrofit to the project by adding a box-changing measurement and control device. After the transformation, you can clearly see the operation signal and remote control of the box change in the main control room of the wind farm, which brings great convenience to the maintenance personnel on the spot.

The project is located in Xiaoli Town and Shuangquan Town, Changqing District, Jinan City. The installed capacity of the project is 49,500 kilowatts, and 33 single-machine 1,500 kilowatt wind turbines have been installed. The box-type substation of this project is not equipped with the box-type substation measurement and control system. In summer, the box-type substation often has ultra-high temperature trip faults, which affects the wind farm's power generation. In July 2015, our company carried out the transformation of the box transformer replacement for the project, added the box transformer measurement and control device and the box transformer cooler group air-cooling control system, realized real-time monitoring and control of the fan booster box transformer, and solved the problem. In summer, the frequent problems of ultra-high temperature tripping failures of box substations have been highly praised by users.
