Guohua Power Plant located in the town of Yang Kou Shouguang Shouguang City, planning capacity of 4 * 1000MW. The first phase of the project is 2 * 1000MW ultra supercritical coal-fired generating units, by the China Shenhua Energy Co, Energy Developments Ltd, Shandong Ludian Shouguang municipal government jointly funded the construction.
